About
Shadow IT Guy
I'm Shadow IT Guy. I've spent over 10 years in IT, in-house, at an MSP, and in regulated environments. I've built an IT and security stack from scratch and led an IT team.
Most of my time goes to Microsoft 365 administration: Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Defender and Purview. I script in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, and I work within ITIL-based governance.
